Fighting above his weight? Doug Morris, who has been sailing Martin 16s for three years as part of the National Capital Able Sail Association's program at Nepean Sailing Club, rumbles with the bigger boats during Thursday evening jib-and-main racing which features three fleets starting at 15-minute intervals on the same Ottawa River course.
