The 2010 PWA Ulsan World Cup in Korea -heavy rain and zero wind put a halt to proceedings on the fourth day of world-class competition at Jinha beach. On the morning of day four, the organisers were hopeful that racing would commence with a weather front that was forecast to pass through the Sea of Korea.
