The 2010 PWA Ulsan World Cup in Korea -heavy rain and zero wind put a halt to proceedings on the fourth day of world-class competition at Jinha beach. On the morning of day four, the organisers were hopeful that racing would commence with a weather front that was forecast to pass through the Sea of Korea. Unfortunately, the competitors were greeted with bucket loads of rain and no wind whatsoever, leaving them sheltering for much of the day in either their hotel rooms or the equipment tents.
