Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta 2011 gets underway tomorrow morning (Monday 6th June) at the 2012 London Olympic Games venue in Weymouth, England, where the Australian sailors are making their final preparations. The regatta offers an opportunity to compete on the Olympic Games course against the best sailors in the world with more than 1,000 Olympic and Paralympic class sailors making the trip to the penultimate round of the ISAF Sailing World Cup. Australia will be well represented in Weymouth with 40 crews featuring 57 athletes competing in nine Olympic and three Paralympic classes, with racing being held from Monday ...
