Sailor on sole watch missing off Sydney's northern beaches

The search by rescue authorities will continue this morning for a yachtie missing off Sydney's northern beaches since yesterday (Sunday). The sailor, who was not wearing a life jacket, was on sole watch while the woman aboard was asleep. When she woke up she found the man missing and raised the alarm. Helicopters will be used in the search from first light this morning. While it is not exactly known when the sailor fell overboard, the woman raised the alarm off Narrabeen around midday yesterday.
