The 2012 Optimist Worlds Organizing Committee is planning an International Invitational Optimist Regatta to precede the start of the Optimist World Championships in Napier starting on 30 December this year. The two day regatta will run on the 28th and 29th of December and will be open to all the International sailors coming to compete in the Worlds.
