ORC International World Championship 2011 is to be held on the island of Cres in Croatia over the 18 to 26 June. The Offshore Racing Congress (ORC) and the Sailing Club of Rijeka (SCOR) are pleased to announce that as of this week 117 teams from 15 nations have committed to converge on Cres for the Championship. This is the highest and most diverse turnout of any ORC championship regatta in its 40 year history, and is an event sanctioned by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) as the sole official offshore World Championship.
