NSW Maritime North Coast Regional Manager Jim Green today reminded boaters to exercise caution in the vicinity of the special safety exclusion zone in place on the Tweed River for the Murwillumbah Rowing Regatta this Saturday. Mr Green said those participating in the rowing regatta would, for safety reasons, have exclusive use of the Tweed River between Condong and Murwillumbah Bridges. 'For the safety of those participating, the event area will be closed to all other boaters,' he said. The exclusion zone will be in place from 8am to 5pm and the boundaries of the zone will be clearly marked
