'Anna-Maria Renken and Hannah Jenner secure a Class40 for the GOR - Global Ocean Race 2011-12' Global Ocean Race

The Anglo-German, all-female offshore racing team of Hannah Jenner and Anna-Maria Renken have chartered the Class40, 40 Degrees for the Global Ocean Race. The pair are currently undertaking their GOR qualifying race from Guadeloupe to the Azores. Hannah Jenner: We are on our way! Having spent a few days in Guadeloupe getting to know 40 Degrees, we slipped lines on Tuesday and started on our 2,300 nautical mile qualifying sail to Horta and the Azores.
