International Dragons World Championship 9th to 15th January, Melbourne Australia. After a cool change swept through Melbourne last night, today is a lot cooler, with a forecast top of just 24 degrees Celsius. Presently, a Sou?easterly breeze of around 15 knots is blowing through the Brighton course area, which is under cloud and probably will be for most of the day. There is a strong wind warning current for the Port Phillip zone, with 30 knots expected in the evening. This should be well after the 2.30pm start time, however.
