This leg of the Clipper Race was predicted to deliver some very light conditions as the teams headed south, and although the majority have had their fair share of the light stuff, all are making good progress towards Panama. They are discovering, however, that the weather systems are extremely localised and whilst some find themselves stuck in a wind holes, others are reporting gusts in excess of 30 knots.
