Clipper 09-10 update: To borrow a footballing clich?, Race 11 looks like being a race of two halves. The conditions for the early part of the 800-mile Eagle Spirit Race to Sydney, Cape Breton Island, have produced a fast start and the teams should be able to cover some good mileage. But they'll have to enjoy it while it lasts as the forecast shows much more changeable conditions moving in as the front passes through.
