Clipper Race 09-10 Cape Breton Island to Kinsale, Ireland, day 7. The fleet has had a lively 24 hours with some tough conditions for the crews on their final ocean crossing of this 35,000-mile race around the planet. The words of race founder and chairman, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, at the pre-race crew briefing in Cape Breton Island, in which he warned against complacency have never rung truer.
