CYA National / Senior National Race Officer Course - March 18 - 20 2011. Royal St. Lawrence Yacht Club in Dorval, Quebec will host a Senior National / National Race Management Seminar March 18- 20 2011. Persons eligible to attend the CYA RM Seminar are: 1) Certified CRO or higher seeking certification or re-certification as NRO or SNRO. 2) National Judge or higher seeking insight into race management policy and procedures.
