Chairman of the Board of Marine Rescue NSW, James Glissan QC, has announced the appointment of Stacey Tannos ESM as the organisation's Chief Executive Officer. Mr Tannos has had a long and distinguished history of service in the NSW Emergency Management sector, most recently as Chief Executive of Emergency Management NSW and the first State Emergency Recovery Controller. Volunteer Marine Rescue NSW was established in 2009, bringing together skilled members from the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol, Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Association and marine section of the Volunteer Rescue Association into a consolidated volunteer rescue service dedicated to serving, educating and ...
