'Borneo International Yachting Challenge' BIYC

It's called the 'Eighth Borneo International Yachting Challenge', but as passing cruising sailors know, there's not much infrastructure, so this is really a get together for cruising sailors on their way round the world. With inducements like free marina berths, air conditioned rooms and cash, this year it has so far attracted sailors with flags such as New Zealand, USA, Switzerland, Great Britain, the Philippines and Malaysia.
