The Mediterranean has delivered another roll of the dice this evening and the Barcelona World Race fleet have felt their luck change accordingly. With boat speeds tailing off to sub-five knots for much of the fleet this evening, the leading pack have been reshuffled. Having passed the Cabo de la Nao point, Michel Desjoyeaux (FRA) and Francois Gabart (FRA) in Foncia currently hold pole position, less than two miles advantage over Kito de Pavant (FRA) and Sebastien Audigane on Groupe Bel.
