Another first for the Whitsundays and Whitsunday Rent A Yacht (WRAY).

WRAY have recently been appointed as the Lagoon charter fleet for Australia working in conjunction with the Australian Distributer Vicsail. This year will see two of the Lagoon 420 models plus two of the new 380 models in the fleet and it is expected that these numbers will grow over time to offer a wider range of the Lagoon models for charter. The fleet will offer all of the benefits of the well known Lagoon name and with the support of the Beneteau Group, thus enhancing the chartering experience.

Lagoon is a part of the CNB Company of the Beneteau Group (world leaders for the construction of pleasure yachts) and now offers a complete and comprehensive range of cruising catamarans designed by the architects Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prevost, whose achievements on the racing multihull scene are second to none.

Several years ago the launch of a new generation of Lagoons took over the market immediately with the use of the following basic principles: maximum protection in the sun, maximum use of space available (hence the vertical cabin windows, now a Lagoon trademark).

Since 2003 Lagoon is the world leader in cruising catamarans due to its innovative range and supportive distribution network. Today Lagoon can boast to having 50 passionate catamaran specialist distributors all over the world.

The Whitsunday Rent A Yacht (WRAY) commitment to providing the newest and most popular designs in bareboat charter vessels is demonstrated by the new range of catamarans and motor cruisers joining their fleet this year.
