Annapolis to Newport 2011 has seen all of the First Out of the Bay winners been decided with the exclusion of the Cruiser class and for that group, the AYC Commodore Torgerson and the crew aboard Dragon seem poised for a victory. Wharf Rat has now taken the PHRF II trophy and was followed by Integrity and Spirit while Bingo took PHRF III, followed by Belle Aurore and Razor's Edge.
