The competitive bid process for cities to become 2012 and 2013 America's Cup World Series (AC World Series) host venues has opened. All bids must be received by the America's Cup Event Authority (ACEA) via email on or before June 30, 2011. The America's Cup World Series is an eight-race circuit that visits an elite group of international port-cities, and was intended to serve as a preliminary series to the 34th America's Cup.
