49er World Youth Championship 2011. World Championships are always a highlight at the world?s most beautiful sailing regatta. But a World Championship premiere is very special for Travemuende Week. The 122nd edition of Travemuende Week (22 to 31 July 2011) will be the venue of the first World Youth Championship of the 49er. The aim of this new idea in the sailing scene is to create a stronger bond of the juniors with the Olympic class.
