29er World Champions Belen Tavella and Franco Greggi fought hard this week in conditions that challenged their skills on and off the water. The deadlock between the top two boats that began on the first day of the championship continued all the way until beyond the last race. After the third place team retired from the last race due to an infraction on the water, Tavella/Greggi and Bettini/Gwozdz remained tied for first.
